We do not pay staff because we can't afford it yet. If our staff show excellent performance and help grow the server, we can start earning money from the server, allowing us to pay staff.
We anticipate professional conduct from our staff. All staff members are required to adhere to the established guidelines; failure to do so may result in demotion.
1. Spawning items via /give or creative mode is not permitted.
2. Griefing, trolling, or killing players without the owner's permission is strictly prohibited.
3. You must remain in vanish mode at all times unless granted permission by the owner.
4. Interaction with players is not allowed, including PVP, chatting, or any other form of engagement with the community.
5. All punishments must be fair and logged with proof in the Discord server.
6. Your primary responsibility is moderation; no other activities are allowed.
7. Teaming with players is strictly prohibited.
Our moderators will only have access to spectator mode, as it prevents admin abuse while giving them everything they need for moderation.
When you start, you will be Helper rank. Helpers have basic moderation commands like /kick, /warn, and /mute.
